Lewisiopsis tweedyi | Tweedy's Lewisia

$0.00

DESCRIPTION
Lewisiopsis tweedyi produces elegant, saucer-shaped flowers in soft rose to shell-pink shades with yellow undertones, often accented with deeper veining radiating from the center. The blooms open on slender stems above compact rosettes of smooth, fleshy green leaves, creating a refined alpine appearance with a delicate, luminous quality.

Blooming in late spring to early summer, this species is native to the Cascade Mountains of Washington State. It is well suited to rock gardens, gravel plantings, and alpine troughs, where excellent drainage and open exposure allow its flowers and sculptural foliage to be appreciated at close range.
